Community-Based Culinary arts training programs offer life skills and culinary training to adults with high barriers to employment.
The Larger than Life Foundation:
- Teaches skills that provide access to entry-level jobs in the food service industry. 
- Provides students with the opportunity to operate a student-ran, full-service restaurant. 
- Further their expertise in menu planning, food preparation and cooking, as well as gain essential front-of-the-house service skills. 
- Serve as a community dinner establishment, in an underserved community. 
Programs at a Glance
Joshua Culinary Art Training Program
The Joshua Culinary Art Training Program equips participants with the skills needed to secure entry-level jobs in the foodservice industry. Through hands-on training, students will gain experience in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking, as well as essential front-of-house service skills.
Project S.H.O.U.T
